Frequently Asked Questions About Health Services

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Do you take insurance?

We are working to accept major insurances. We are currently in network with Blue Cross Blue Shield and Cigna. Insurance can be used for primary care visits only. Our other services—like THRIVE Lifestyle Visits, weight loss, and hormone therapy—are offered at self-pay pricing. We’re happy to provide a superbill at the end of your visit that you can submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement.

  • Do you take walk-ins?

If a provider is available, we’ll be happy to see walk-ins! Feel free to give us a quick call to check availability before you come by.

  • Do you offer after-hours appointments?

Sometimes we can accommodate your needs after hours. Just give us a call, and we’ll do our best to find a time that works.

  • Do I need to bring anything to my first appointment?
